Ingredients:
• 1 Cup Cashew Pow
• 1 Cup Almond Pow
• ½ Cup Carob Pow (Optional)
• ½ Cup Figs
• ½ Cup Dates
• ¾ cup Dry Shredded Coconut
Method:
• Soak Figs and dates for ¾ hours
• Drain water from Figs & dates
• Grind Figs and Dates and make a smooth paste.
• Mix all ingredients together and roll into small ball
• Roll balls in shredded coconut.
• Ready to serve.
