Ingredients:
• 100 gm Coriander Leaves
• 2-3 Green Chilli
• 1 Avocado
• Salt to Taste
• 1-1/2 tsp Lemon Juice
• 1tsp Sugar/ coconut sugar
• ½inch Ginger
Method:
• Grind all ingredients together. And make a smooth paste.
• Add very little water if needed to grind all the ingredients.
• Serve as dipping with any Pakora / Samosa.
