Paneer Bhurji
Paneer Bhurji With Roti Naan

Ingredients:

• Fresh Paneer -250gm (crumbed)
• French Beans- 150 gm (chopped)
• Capsicum- 1 big (Chopped)
• Onions – 2 (Chopped finely)
• Tomatoes- 2 (Chopped finely)
• Cashews- ½ cup
• Salt to taste
• Turmeric Powder ½ tsp
• Chilli Powder -1/2 tsp
• Cumin- 1 tsp
• Garam Masala- 1 tsp
• Oil- 2 tbsp
• Cheese- ½ cup (Shredded)
• Coriander – chopped
• Water – 1cup

Method:

• Boil water and cook French beans in a pan. Keep aside.
• Heat 1 tbsp oil in a heavy saucepan. Fry crumbled paneer and cashews. Keep aside.
• Heat 1 ½ tbsp oil, add cumin seeds, when it splutters, add onions and fry till pink.
• Add capsicum and Fry till lightly tender.
• Add tomatoes and fry further till mushy.
• Add all the masala, salt and cook for 3-4 minutes.
• Add paneer, cashews, beans and cheese. Mix well. Cook for further 3-4 minutes.
• Take in a serving dish.
• Garnish with coriander leaves and cheese.
• Serve hot with Roti/Naan/Parathas.
